Former Texas Longhorn Kyle Russell was recently named to Baseball America's Pioneer League Top 20 Prospects list for his performance in 2008. Russell, who made his professional debut this season for the Ogden Raptors, was ranked No. 10 on the list and was the third-ranked outfielder.
